Return policy

Please note that our candles are handmade and may vary in appearance, and have some imperfections by nature.

However, we always want our customers to be satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us here with the reason for return and your order number. We do not offer exchanges.


To be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it- unused, in its original packaging and dispatched within seven days of arrival. Unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund if seven days have passed since your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect each product before shipping. However, contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Lost Items

Once orders leave our hands, they become the property of the shipper. If the item is lost, we cannot process the return. Don't hesitate to contact your shipping provider for additional info.

Shipping Cost

As we are a small business, the cost of returning the item will not be covered by Saand & Stone and must be paid by the customer.
